Mrs. Kate Quartey-Papafio is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reroy Cables Limited.
 
Under her leadership, the company has grown tremendously and established itself as a leader in its market in terms of quality, innovation, needs-based customer service and competitive pricing.
 
The Chief Executive Officer is ably supported by the management team, comprising the Technical Advisor, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Finance Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager the executive director of operations and an Administrative Manager to run the day-to-day administration of the company. This team, which is made up of highly qualified and experienced individuals in their respective fields, is responsible for strategy execution, implementation of tactical plans and supervision of operations.
 
Other professional staff (predominantly engineers, sales & marketing and support staff) support the management team.
